1. Plug in a USB power bank using the cable inside the pocket. (2 are included free with the Duo Pack, or add ours for $9.99.)
2. Press the power button on the chest. You'll feel the heat in about 3 seconds.
3. Pick your heat level by pressing the button again:
🔴 High (~149°F), up to 4 hours
🟠 Medium (~131°F), up to 6 hours
🔵 Low (~113°F), up to 8 hours
The front and rear heating zones can be controlled separately.

How long does the heat last?
It depends on the heat level you choose:
🔴 High (~149°F): up to 4 hours
🟠 Medium (~131°F): up to 6 hours
🔵 Low (~113°F): up to 8 hours
It heats up in about 3 seconds, and the front and rear zones can be controlled separately.
Can I wash it?
Yes. Unplug and remove the power bank, zip up the pockets, and machine wash cold on a gentle cycle. Hang to dry.
What size should I get?
Order your usual size. If you're between sizes or like to layer underneath, size up.
